Why ModuSense Exists
Modern construction projects increasingly require coordination across planning, Building Control, structural engineering, foundations and specialist compliance. For installers and construction businesses, managing these requirements alongside the practical delivery of a project can quickly become complex.
ModuSense was created to bridge the gap between design, compliance and real-world construction. Drawing on more than two decades of practical experience, the consultancy supports project teams from early feasibility and planning through to Building Control, technical coordination and completion.
Experience developing modular construction systems and working with ground screw foundations has also created a detailed understanding of how structures, floor systems and foundations must work together as a coordinated solution.
Particular expertise has developed around lightweight construction and glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) structural systems. This combination of practical construction, foundation and compliance knowledge has also informed the development of ModuFloor®, our pre-engineered GRP structural floor system.
The result is a consultancy focused on helping installers, builders and project teams deliver modern construction projects with a clearer, more coordinated route from concept through to completion.

I’ve spent most of my working life in construction, although, judging by the photo, you could argue it started a little earlier than that. This is where I share the occasional story, thought or experience from life, work and everything in between. Some things go to plan, others don’t, and I’m still figuring plenty of it out.
