Built on Practical Construction Experience
ModuSense was founded by Luke Smith following more than 20 years working across property and construction, combining practical project experience with specialist knowledge of modular construction, ground screw foundations and compliance.
Experience working within one of the UK's largest ground screw suppliers, establishing and operating a modular fabrication facility, and working alongside structural engineers and Building Control has shaped a practical understanding of how design, foundations and compliance need to work together.
That experience now supports both ModuSense consultancy and the development of ModuFloor®, our pre-engineered GRP structural floor system.
